We specialise in service and repairs in a vast variety of espresso coffee machines from domestic to commercial machines throughout the Hawkes Bay region, we can also cover outer areas, contact us today for a quote.

We care for all leading brands of espresso coffee machines in both domestic and commercial, unfortunately we are unable to provide service for Breville, Sunbeam and Delonghi.

All parts supplied are genuine and if we are unable to provide the genuine part we will source a trusted brand to cover your needs.

All products including, packaging materials, coffee machines and all scrap are recycled and disposed of accordingly.

Response Time
One of La Caffè Repairs goals are to ensure we have fast response times. If your machine requires urgent service during peak times we will ensure we get to you as soon as we possibly can.
Limit Travel Time
One of the biggest cost in service is travel time. Our goal is to manage this by ensuring we have parts available before heading to site.
Your equipment will be loaded in to
our system so we know exactly what
parts are required before heading out.
Communication
Communication is a big issue in the service industry, La Caffè Repairs hope to fix this by staying in contact with our customers to let them know that we will,

Advise the customer on our arrival time as well as to schedule work,

Parts are on order and will advise if they are taking longer than expected to arrive,

We will contact the customer to advise we are running late but will get there as soon as we can,

We will provide a quote on all work before starting the repairs and contact the customer if more work is required.

I began my career in Hawkes Bay in 2014 at a commercial and domestic appliance company where I studied on the side to gain my electrical limited license.
​
Over time I found coffee is what I enjoyed doing and decided to specialize in the coffee industry.
In 2020 I moved to the Bay of Plenty to further my skills in coffee machine maintenance and repairs under a company based in Papamoa, Espresso Repairs, where knowledge and skills were expanded.
​
Over the years I've worked with all the leading coffee distributors and have built a trusting relationship to ensure their customers receive a high quality service.
​
I pride myself on communication and fast response times. La Caffè Repairs offers an urgent response service when required.
